What You’ll Do
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields
Min 5 to 10 years of experience in telecommunications field, especially in RF and Cellular technologies and related project management
Excellent experience in preparing project plan and ensures timely project delivery
Good experience in planning and managing subcontractor for technical site survey, site acquisition, and site integration activities
Excellent track record in coordinating work with subcontractor and monitor their progress. Managing the network delivery, directing, monitoring and controlling the network rollout activities to deliver project within stipulated timeline of subcontractor and monitor their progress
Excellent experience in coordinating, planning and implementation for LOS Site Survey, Pre-con Survey, Site Installation, Quality Audit and Site Acceptance
Ability in ensuring projects are executed to company procedures, guidelines and HSE standard
Able to work with Network Manager to come up with schedule and plan for Network Optimization/Tuning
Good in Implementing network optimization/tuning tracker and monitors meter installation and readiness for network optimization/tuning activities, and determines when optimization will take place on cluster
Good in checking and performing inventory tracking and monitoring for the equipment installed by contractors and ensuring the equipment with drawned from warehouse are managed properly
Experience in validating and approve invoicing from contractors and track the payment progress closely.
Good in preparing weekly/monthly network deployment plan and tracking progress
Experience in working with installation contractors and customer to determine network element installation standards
Abile to check and approve all the documentation from contractors on installation BOQ after reviewed by project engineer
Experience in reviewing the documentation from contractors on BOQ of installation and assist PMO in claims.
Excellent experience in checking and approving MOS for network elements installation wrote by project engineer and contractor
Excellent experience in arranging meetings, presentations, coordianting and closely folliwing up with authorities for approals (PBT, CAAM) Experience in civil, elecrical and grounding work for pole erection
Ability to lead discussion and brainstorm any technical issue raise during rollout and improvise design by Single Line Diagram (SLD) in term of electrical & grounding protection systems is an added advantage
Experience in presenting to committee amd management team for payment and other issues Experience in engaging with residence, JMB or developer for approval and also any sites complaints during project rollout
