What You’ll Do
Accept high level requirements received from business and work with the business to refine the requirements into specific Telecommunication Infrastructure.
Define the scope, design the solution, review, negotiate and prioritize requirements with business process owners, system owners and technology architects.
Estimate cost and prepare technical specifications, considering capacity, licenses, development and support.
Ensure technical specifications are in line with Telecommunication masterplan, blueprint and guidelines.
Develop and enhance necessary use-cases/test scenarios and service acceptance criteria Propose performance levels for new service.
Provide technical guidance to project team and technical level 3 support to operation.
Work on projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.
Manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the Telecommunication network solutions.
Conduct regular network assessments and audit to ensure adherence to policy, guideline and technical specifications.
Produce assessment report that include findings, analysis and recommendation for improvement.
Produce and review Telecommunication network solutions guideline, blueprint and SOP.
Access monitor and provided analysis of network performance which drive operation decision relative to improving service level, efficiency and customer services.
