• B0 33kV certificate from ST
• Min 5 to 10 years of experience in performing works/supervision related up to 33kV electricity supply installation.
• Technically competent to design/advise up to 3 phase 33kV electricity supply system including earthing/grounding system. Able to design/advise lighting protection system is an advantage
• Technically competent to provide consultancy and training related to safety requirements working in medium voltage environment up to 33kV. Technically competent to supervise and provide consultancy for installation work of network equipment at PE,SSU,PPU ,PMU and telco structure.
• Perform installation work of related to ICT communication equipment and enclosure with all related accessories (charger, battery backup etc). Also perform testing and commissioning work related to ICT communication equipment and enclosure with assistant from ICT communication equipment configuration team working remotely
• Perform trouble shooting works related to single phase, 3 phase and battery charger system. Also perform basic trouble shooting for ICT communication equipment with assistant/training from ICT communication equipment configuration team working remotely. Assist Project Engineer/Jurutenik Tingkatan Tertinggi to conduct fault investigation & repairs for highly complex problem.
• Assist Project Engineer/Jurutenik Tingkatan Tertinggi in plan and coordinate the assigned works for Distribution Automation Project Technically competent to guide technician, supervise and do improvements for installation and commisioning for Distribution Automation Project
• Take charge on brainstorming technical issue, single line diagram of electrical protection, grounding test and training to internal TNB IT Technically competent to supervise and ensure safety standards and practices are in place, also from time to time do the necessary improvement to ensure safety standards are not compromised Perform, witness, verify, test, commissioning, FAT and POC (Site Coordination) as per project requirement
• Execute the assigned works for Distribution Automation Project
• Conduct on site safety briefing
• Compliance to Health and Safety requirement from time to time
• Assist project engineer in preparation and compilation of project document (MOS, HIRACD, SAT, FAT, test case, HLD, LLD. etc)
• Validate and approve SAT document submitted by vendor for site related work
• Assist project engineer in presentation of MOS for obtaining permit to work
• Team leader for Distribution Automation on site team
• Check and receive materials at site if necessary Assist Project Engineer/Jurutenik Tingkatan Tertinggi to plan schedule for onsite team based on project requirement.
• Arrange, prepare and bring correct test gears to work site
• Quality Improvement.
• Present the issues and risks of the Project to the Engineers
• Take and return the Pool Masterkey of PE/PPU/PMU
• Make all necessary arrangement to obtain permission to enter site.
• Assist Project Engineer for site related issues Assist Project Engineer for updating onsite progress
• Assist Project Engineer to monitor the permit validity and safety of self, each team member and vendor (Permit khas, NTSP etc)
