What You’ll Do
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields
Min 2 to 5 years of experience in telecommunications field, especially in RF and Cellular technologies and related project management
Works with the HES Technical Manager to prepare daily/weekly data extracts
Enters devices Network Device Information into HES and performs Network Device Commissioning
Ensures HES processes are setup and functioning to perform meter commissioning and meter reading tasks
Performs System debug and troubleshooting in case of failures
Performs system operations prior to handover to customer
Performs remote network device investigations/troubleshooting in case of network device failures
IP Planning for devices
Computer Software and Application Knowledge Able to play around with database query
Expert with Trilliant product such as NEMS and uHES
