• Collaborate with IT and business teams, and provide technical advice as necessary.
• Translate business needs from new change requests or requests for projects, into technical requirements for RPA.
• Lead solution design for all process automation projects.
• Translate business needs of change requests into technical requirements for RPA and conduct initial impact assessment, acting as the first point of contact between the business, and the implementation of automation team.
• Develop automation design, framework and solution documents.
• Strategize & align long term solution for automation along with the roadmap.
• Prepare solution design with focus on reusability and human-centric design
• Ensure reusable and configurable solutions are created.
• Review Automation design, framework and solution.
• Provide guidance, training and mentoring to developers.
