What You’ll Do

A professional at this position level must have the following responsibilities:

  • Implements new or maintains existing business solution in SAP HR area based on user requirements analysis
  • Propose, develop programs or configuration, document and test business solution in SAP HR application according to the functional and technical requirements
  • Shared and proposed the standard practice in certain transaction using standard SAP HR functions.
  • Contributes to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of communication skills and cooperation; reaches and realizes project aims and outputs
  • Extensive knowledge in statutory deduction
  • Able to explore HR customization program and infotype in HR Module
  • Standby and support monthly payroll, time base costing activities and other related HR monthly and yearly process
  • Keeps close communication with ABAP development team
  • Leads application functional team or sub-team

Responsible for leading, managing and maintaining SAP HR Payroll Module which includes: –

  • Maintenance organization structure
  • Maintenance technical master data structure
  • Payroll related configuration and processes
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance process
  • Design functional specifications for projects
  • Performs functional design program and interface with non-SAP systems
