What You’ll Do
Proposing solutions based on requirement provided by users
Supporting key users when they have problems about functional related issues regarding individual business process.
Perform root cause analysis. Implementing the solution proposal in the system via configuration or development objects.
Conduct SIT/UAT on the implementation or configuration changes.
Implement OSS (Online SAP Service) notes on application level
End user administration.
Managing transport management and testing.
Processing fault reports in the components and processes supported, developing solutions proposal.
Supporting month end and year end activities.
Assist on project implementation.
User requirement gathering.
Monitoring batch jobs.
Provide analysis and assessment on upgrade/new release of SAP Modules.
