What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for overall health of the automation process and platform
  • Work closely with application/system owners who are supporting the systems involved in the automation
  • Responsible for all resolution of incidents and requests related to automated processes and platform
  • Day to day management of the monitoring and maintenance team
  • Manage process schedules and run ad hoc processes when necessary
  • Participate and contribute in RPA Disaster Recovery plan
  • Perform security remediation for application findings
  • Analyzing daily report to perform process improvement and bot optimization
  • Incident Request analysis, troubleshooting issues and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Managing and investigating exceptions (Business and System Exceptions)
  • Solving issues that arise in the day to day running of RPA processes and assisting in the provision of timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Communicating with product principal for related issues and suggesting improvements
  • Responsible for overall health of the automation process and platform
  • To control, administer and co-ordinate the automated processes in the operational environment
  • Responsible for all resolution of incidents and requests related to automated processes and platform
  • Day to day management of the monitoring and maintenance team
  • Manage process schedules and run ad hoc processes when necessary

  • Standard Operating Procedure (“SOP”) document
  • Monitoring Reports
  • Troubleshooting document
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report (if deem necessary)
  • Training (if deem necessary)
  • Knowledge transfer (if deem necessary)
  • Approved Monthly timesheet by TNB’s Manager
