What You’ll Do
Responsible for overall health of the automation process and platform
Work closely with application/system owners who are supporting the systems involved in the automation
Responsible for all resolution of incidents and requests related to automated processes and platform
Day to day management of the monitoring and maintenance team
Manage process schedules and run ad hoc processes when necessary
Participate and contribute in RPA Disaster Recovery plan
Perform security remediation for application findings
Analyzing daily report to perform process improvement and bot optimization
Incident Request analysis, troubleshooting issues and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Managing and investigating exceptions (Business and System Exceptions)
Solving issues that arise in the day to day running of RPA processes and assisting in the provision of timely responses and solutions as required.
Communicating with product principal for related issues and suggesting improvements
Responsible for overall health of the automation process and platform
To control, administer and co-ordinate the automated processes in the operational environment
Responsible for all resolution of incidents and requests related to automated processes and platform
Day to day management of the monitoring and maintenance team
Manage process schedules and run ad hoc processes when necessary
Documentations such as below:
Standard Operating Procedure (“SOP”) document
Monitoring Reports
Troubleshooting document
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report (if deem necessary)
