What You’ll Do
Establish Capability Building plan to bridge people or skill gaps for internal members.
Develop HR related material to support change activities for affected stakeholders of automation.
Update performance metrics and goals to support workforce transition plan.
Support training and deployment execution activities.
Provide input to the Program team on a weekly basis e.g., change readiness assessment Executes the communications to affected users and stakeholders.
Communicates the changes to processes, policies, SOPs after automation.
Assesses the readiness of people for before and after automation
Works with HR to coordinate re-skilling programs or training programs for affected stakeholders.
