What You’ll Do
Accept high level requirements received from business and work with the business to refine the requirements
Develop, review, negotiate and prioritize requirements with stakeholders
Develop necessary use-cases/test scenarios (application and infrastructure) and role analyses as an input to design
Confirm delivery and completion of all requirements documentation and secure agreement of business sponsor
Establish effective change control for user requirements
Distribute and communicate requirements documents to all IT stakeholders (formal stage gate, especially if design onwards is outsourced)
Design technical solution including high level (entity relationship, data flow) to low level (field structures, database schemas) design
Develop technical design that will support the development, execution and operations of the service
Develop service acceptance criteria.
Propose performance levels for new service
Review and verify service requirements with users
Create the service development plan
Propose, design and ensure optimization of existing and new customer solutions for improved performance and stability.
Discover and design new business opportunities
Design, scale and optimize existing landscapes.
Must have experience in solutioning for SAP CRM landscape
