• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields
• Min 2 to 5 years of experience in telecommunications field, especially in RF and Cellular technologies and related project management
• Experience in Supervise Survey & installation contractors to perform as according to the work quality standards
• Experience in performing site survey for network equipment locations, as determined by Network Design, to determine exact repeater location, mounting position, mounting/installation solution
• Experience in preparing Method of Statement (Los & Site Build) permit application starting of CME works
• Performs meter investigation or other field remediation Network Optimization/Tuning
• Works with contractor to complete network element Installation, review MOS submitted by contractor
• Performs network device investigations/troubleshooting in case of failure Experrience in supervising and performing LOS Survey, Precon Survey, Pole Foundation, Pole Erection, Equipment Installation, Equipment Commissioning and Handvover
• Experience in presenting the installation locations and installation method to Grid and DN AP for the approval of PTW
• Experinece in checking and control site documentations
• Experience in engaging with CCBD, Building Management or Developer for AMI site survey or installation works
• Excellent technical knowledge about Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) System Architecture, Technology and Functionality
• Good site coordination and preparing project tracker during project rollout
• Good in controlling vendor’s team members at site to completing the task in shorter time period
• Able to read technical drawings and explain to other in layman term for easy understandings Responsible on preparing paper for DTC members to produce PO to Vendor
• Experience in preparing and checking Template for Punchlist & acceptance
• Experience in preparing and checking guideline and checklist for site build AMI
