What You’ll Do
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields
Min 15 years of experience in the telecommunications field, especially if RF and Cellular technologies
Excellent track record of handling RF Design, Planning, and Optimization for RF or Cellular Network
Remarkable experience in RF technical planning, optimization, and analysis. Able to improve and fill the gap of Trilliant planning and analysis
Excellent ability to improve the model of Trilliant system dimensioning for more accurate budgeting
Very good experience in big data analytics for telco customers which is beneficial to meter data analytics
Highly proficient in RF tools. Able to fully utilize RF tool for planning and analysis proposes Excellent ability and potentially contribute to significant cost savings in professional service provided by Trilliant for future smart meter network roll-out
Very good customer handling skills and always well prepared during technical presentations and ability to convince customers technically and commercially on the proposed RF Design Experience in project and team management. Able to dimension team, time, and cost for given tasks. Delegate tasks to sub-ordinates structurally.
Very good experience in conducting knowledge transfers to team and sub-ordinates, RF team are well trained from engineer to technician level under the close effective supervision
Excellent technical competency to manage and provide alternative system dimensioning for RP2 without meter data and have the client agree with the dimensioning
Provided alternative meter data for RF design to rectify critical bottlenecks in RF network deployment which greatly contributed to time-saving and ensuring completion of RF Network Design and implementation of site build without prolonged delay
Excellent technical and customer handling skills and successfully obtained RF Design signed off of all BACs in RP2 which is well accepted and trusted by customers with planned site numbers that are close to system dimensioning numbers
Very good experience in completing PJ BAC in-house design which contributed to huge cost savings without incurring Trilliant’s professional service
Excellent experience in successfully designing RF networks for Highrise Building houses which helped to avoid delay
Smart Meters were connected and read without issue for the first high-rise deployment in Mont Kiara and successfully convince and won the trust of KL CCBD for further meter deployment approval
Good experience in RF design for VIP/ad-hoc requests which contributed and ensuring Smart Meters connected right after meter change without much tuning
Successfully build up a house RF team to support
Excellent technical competency in completing initial system dimensioning for RP3 KV in stringent time
