What You’ll Do
Translate business requirements into specific infrastructure (communication, network and IT infrastructure) or process designs based on the network masterplan and guideline
Perform network assessments and draft assessment report that include findings, analysis and recommendation for improvement
Propose network solutions guideline and SOP
Define the scope and solution design in coordination with business process owners, system owners and enterprise architects
Prepare technical specifications and costs, considering timeline, capacity, licenses, development and support
Provide technical guidance to project team areas as appropriate
Work on projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments
Identify risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the network solutions
Propose test strategy and service acceptance criteria for new solutions.
