What You’ll Do
Senior Manager
Translate business requirements into network infrastructure and process designs
Evaluate end user needs, customer goals, budget and existing applications to define ICT network requirements and technical standards
Define the scope of the network operation/support in coordination with business process owners, system owners and network architects
Coordinate a crisis and incident management team when a suspected network downtime is occurred
Estimate cost, plan budgetary and execute change request for operational planning considering capacity, licenses, development and support
Provide guidance to network operation team areas as appropriate
Assess performance of enterprise solutions and recommend enhancements
Manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the network operation.
Plan and manage DC Network project procurement, risk, budget, resources and issues during implementation
Manager
Gather information, prepare and present reports/paper/ presentation on networks concerns/ events/ incidents to the management and inform of its remediation actions as and when required
Coordinate the implementation of UC initiatives with other ICT support teams/Business Users
Plan, Implement, monitor and maintain UC hardware and software and carry out investigation and troubleshooting major incident within SLA targets
Coordinate a crisis and incident management team when a suspected UC downtime is occurred
Involve in managing and maintain service performance and reporting in myssc and SPLUNK.
Ensure new and existing network assets are registered and updated with appropriate data for service availability.
Conduct all activities that comply to Standards Operation Procedure (SOP), Circulars, Regulations and Audit requirements
Keep abreast of new technologies and way of doing works.
Executive
Execute Level 2 support responsibilities related to Unified Colloboration (UC) solution which includes IP Phones, Video Conference (VC) and Webex solutions
Implement, monitor and maintain UC hardware and software and carry out investigation and troubleshooting major incident within SLA targets
Ensure change request deliverables are achieved as per planned
Involve in incident management related to security surveillance services.
Involve in managing and maintain service performance and reporting in myssc and SPLUNK.
Ensure new and existing UC assets are registered and updated with appropriate data for service availability.
Conduct all activities that comply to Standards Operation Procedure (SOP), Circulars, Regulations and Audit requirements
