Mission:

• To deliver fit-to-purpose solution to support TNB businesses especially delivering Enterprise ECM end-to-end solution
• To involve in all necessary activities especially in project development, implementation activities, application support and maintenance.

Accountability:

• Involve all ongoing projects for system development and change request and provide steer on critical risks or issues escalated
• Able to develop full scale applications from requirements phase to production, with a comprehensive understanding of software scalability, performance and the importance of simplicity.
• Designing and implementing highly scalable, mission critical, database applications with high performance, high reliability, and high capacity demands
• Knowledge of best practices for cross- platform, cross-browser compatibility
• Be a critical thinker and problem solver while considering technical and business needs, requirements and trade-offs

Authority:

• Develop and assist on the implementation of functional and technical support of the ECM
• Conduct the implementation activities and manage the related operations in overall
• End products:
• ECM Solutions
• Front End and Back End Solution (if required) Project Satisfaction Survey
• Post Implementation Survey
• Fit to purpose solution and improvement recommendation

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunication or related field
• Experienced in IT project development and system implementation.
• Preferred industry exposure.
• Preferred functional exposure.
• Minimum 5-10 years experience needed for platform related with Enterprise Content Management. Especially on Open Text
• Involved in projects implementation of high complexity systems (i.e. workflows, integration with external systems, etc.) with minimum implementation duration of 4 months.
• Knowledge on integration with SAP is a bonus.
• Completed at least 5 full end-to-end project life cycle and demonstrated knowledge of SDLC/AGILE experience is an added advantage.
