What You’ll Do
Able to administrate service frameworks in the various ITSM processes
Able to advise service implementers with solutions ranging from onboarding a wholly new service catalog to regular maintenance of services as a result of business process updates
Able to develop and maintain Smart Reporting reports
Able to administrate the ITSM system for various purposes such as planned maintenance, DR tests, patches, upgrades, etc
