What You’ll Do
Provide L1 support for IP WAN network and Backhaul Transmission Network in Network Operation Center
Monitoring and managed alarm via NMS for Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH)
Monitoring and managed alarm via NMS for Plesiochronous Digital Hierarchy (PDH)
Monitoring and managed alarm via NMS for Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexer (DWDM)
Monitoring and managed alarm via NMS for IP/MPLS
Monitoring and managed alarm via NMS for ICS/MPLS
Monitoring and managed Network Synchronization
Monitoring and managed alarm via NMS for Wireless Network (e.g. UHF, Satellite, Microwave) Collaborate with service operations team on faults that are service impacting
Participate in Major Incident team to investigate and diagnose a major incident and ensure timely resolution with SLA targets
Monitor and analyse events, determine actions required to implement resolution of faults to prevent downtime and impact to service
