What You’ll Do

Job Description

  • To deliver timely high quality Intelligent Operations projects and tasks with optimum total cost of ownership
  • Manage project procurement, risk, budget, resources and issues during implementation Manage project implementation milestones and deliverables
  • Ensure system quality assurance during project implementation
  • Understand and manage project contracts/agreements
  • Ensure complete and adequate project handover documents, trainings and support structure from vendor (if any) to Operations
  • Coordinates and/or conduct all activities comply to Standards, Circulars, Regulations and Audit requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate new monitoring tools & methodology to improve sys performance
  • Propose for new technology/methodology to technical and management committees
  • Conduct technology scanning to look for better tools, methodology or processes Co-develop/review technical specification with Architechture & Technology group
  • Conduct new tech implementation roll out Evaluation & acceptance of product & intelligent operations accessory
  • Implement Intelligent Operations across DC OC, IP NOC, Telco NOC and App Monitoring
  • System integration and configuration management
  • Conduct failure investigation and analysis of system
  • Provide consultancy services to internal customer
  • Reporting of initiative on monitoring asset improvement project
  • Reporting an ICT monitoring system performance
  • Develop & review manual
  • Update knowledge database
  • Develop & review technical specification
  • Conduct compliance assessment
  • Conduct training
  • Develop/review curriculum for new hire, bodyshops and managed services staffs
  • Monitor & implement audit findings
  • Provide in-house consultancy on system standard operating procedures/guidelines/manuals
  • Develop & review Intelligent Operations related procedure/guidelines
