What You’ll Do

  • Assist in conducting root cause analysis, initiating plan and implementing process improvement across Center of Delivery & Operation Services
  • Monitor Center of Delivery and Operation Services overall service performance
  • Ensure the implementation of corrective actions within CDOS departments
  • Assist in preparation of reports for internal CDOS pulse check.
  • Assist departments within CDOS in performing control self-assessments and reviewing the effectiveness of business process controls.
  • Assist in coordination of cross departments strategic initiatives such as Human Resource Planning and etc.
