What You’ll Do

  • Required technical skills with 3 to 5 years experience
  • OpenText Content Server 10.x / 16.x / 20.x platform and the deployment architecture.
  • OpenText Workflows, Forms, Web Reports, Live Reports, Enterprise Scan, Capture Center, Archive Center, Enterprise Library, Web Services, Directory Services, Brava, Blazon, AppWorks Gateway, ECM Everywhere, XECM SAP, Records Management.
  • Proficient knowledge on Opentext ECM database and Core tables.
  • Experience in Opentext ECM user support activities.
  • Experience in supporting ECM related solutions built / deployed on OpenText Content Server 10.x /16.x / 20.x.
  • Experience in interfacing / communicating with customers for resolving issues.
  • Experience in operation and support framework model.
  • Knowledge on standard support model IT Systems.

Job Description

  • Key support role for all OpenText ECM solutions.
  • Provide resolution and support to all the ECM users.
  • Work with customer to understand, analyze, resolve the issues faced in ECM solutions. Work with Infra team to analyze, validate, resolve, review the solutions for any Network, Server,
  • Operating System, Database related issues.
  • Work within the support model and provide daily/weekly update to the respective leadership effectively.
  • Plan, propose new and optimized ways of supporting the users and help the user adoption.
