Job Description
The resource will play the role as Senior developer for any new feature/customization/change request implementation on OTCS 16.x / 20.x platform.
Understands Customer requirements and advises Customer on solution options.
Leads, evaluates, conceptualises, plans, designs, and implements solutions in alignment with business needs.
Responsible for building new solutions using OpenText workflows, forms, LiveReports, web reports and other OpenText modules.
Provides comprehensive documentation of the systems and solutions.
Ensure the appropriate level of quality is applied throughout.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
From time to time, this role will be part of a project, in various roles, as assigned.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Work with client / partners in solution design, development, and deployment activities/tasks. Fully responsible and able to work independently for managing the entire change request implementation effort for ECM as per client requirements.
Work with customer to review, update all technical documents prepared for the project technical work. Work with customer to review, validate the solution and fix the issues in SIT, UAT phases.
Work with client team for effective deployment of change request by following the change procedures in TNB.
