Job Description
- The resource will play the role as ECM Administrator
- Leads and manages implementations and upgrades, design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, archiving, and on-call support
- Leads, evaluates, conceptualises, plans, designs, and implements solutions in alignment with business needs
- Lead architecture sizing and scaling activities, as well as install and configure the solution
- Leading authority on architecting the proper enterprise architecture to sustain large volumes of content from multiple sources, such as SAP data, email, documents, and images
- Provides comprehensive documentation of the systems and solutions
- Ensure the appropriate level of quality is applied throughout
- Responsible for leading, monitoring and mentoring others in service delivery in maintaining servers, services, uptime, and disaster recovery
- From time to time, this role will be part of a project, in various roles, as assigned
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
