What You’ll Do
Proactive monitoring & incident handling of cyber security landscape.
Perform daily cyber security health checks & management of alerts raised by infrastructure elements.
Coordination of thorough findings and response in the existing infrastructure for signs of malware, and malicious events not detected by existing security controls including proactive threat.
On time escalations and follow up with various parties such as the IT System Admin team as well as specific application team on pending cyber security anomaly & incident tickets.
Prepare and maintain SOP, Documentation, Reports, and provide follow up status on identified tasks.
Perform operations based on the documented procedures complete with notification matrix and escalation standards.
Improvise & empower the current operation process and procedure to provide better response.
Assist in analysis of the reporting and alerts raised by SIEM and various security devices.
Fine tuning of configuration to maintain performance and functionality of the monitoring solutions in place.
Daily / Weekly Report preparation based on the specified already agreed format and sending the same to pre-assigned set of recipients and customer.
To be part of Cyber Security Incident Response team(CSIRT) to mitigate cyber security outbreak.
