A professional at this position level must have the following responsibilities:

• Design and develop cloud security
  architectures and perform architecture design reviews
• Perform risk assessment of proposed and existing cloud architecture for compliance with security best practices, recommending technical, administrative and physical controls to mitigate identified risks
• Develop service security and compliance requirements for Cloud PaaS, IaaS, SaaS multi- tenant systems
• Design and develop frameworks and solutions to secure cloud CI/CD pipelines
• Leading compliance efforts based on selected industry frameworks and compliance standards Implement, maintain and improve existing industry best practices of operational security controls such as:
  • Monitoring
  • Identityandaccessmanagement
  • Encryption and data security
  • Self-auditing

• Provide guidance to Cloud operational team on defining and prioritizing development of secure PaaS, IaaS, SaaS offerings
• Drive and lead security processes, tools, methods, and knowledge and security enhancements

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Cloud platform security (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS) and/or software security (security researcher, security engineer, security architect).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or additional 5+ years of experience
• Experience with assessment, development, implementation, optimization, and documentation of a comprehensive and broad set of security technologies and processes (secure software development (Application Security), data protection, cryptography, key management, identity and access management (IAM), network security) within SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud environments
• Working knowledge of common and industry standard cloud-native/cloud-friendly authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OpenID, etc).
• Experience working with cloud security and governance tools, cloud access security brokers (CASBs), and server virtualization technologies. Experience in security compliance and frameworks such as CSA CCM
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Advantages:

• Relevant Master degree or Certification in relevant cyber security technologies or from well-known cyber security institutes such as CSA CCM, OWASP, SANS, ISACA, etc, or Hand-on experience with AWS/Azure/VMWare NSX security best practices and AWS/Azure services
• Experience with deployment orchestration, automation, and security configuration management (Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, etc).
