What You’ll Do

  • Meet with business users and process champions to explore automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business to “Reimagine and Simplify Process”
  • Coordinate the collection of automation opportunities.
  • Help business in the prioritization of opportunities.
  • Maintain list of all automation opportunities identified.
  • Present in automation forums (e.g., town hall meetings) to discuss automation opportunities, potential and impact.
  • Provide insight into how automation can provide benefit to employees.
  • Distribute automation journey materials across the designated group as required.
  • Provide improvement and optimization ideas.
  • Optimized “as-in” process documentation process for selected opportunities.
  • Manage the business use case collection process for selected opportunities.
  • Facilitate “to-be” process design workshops
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Review automation solutions and propose automation assessment roadmap for the organization
  • Assess strategic deliverables/build the pipeline Identify business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architecture.
  • Analyze business processes, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy
  • Conduct RPA High Level Assessments
  • Provide assessment report with recommendation of automation potential
  • Build business case with selected use case owner & CSM team
  • Develop Detail As Is Process Description PDD (Process Definition Document)
