What You’ll Do
Ensure all the guidelines and best practices for platform is followed.
Develop and manage Release & Change Management plan
Create and maintain the current state of the Apigee platform architecture documentation and provide the architectural control
Partner with Development and Enterprise Operations to actively manage/monitor incident/problem resolution
Manage transparent and effective monitoring and reporting processes and lead risk management
Create a culture and environment of continuous improvement through adoption and application of best practice
Ensure teams work within a context of a common process framework
Develop and deliver effective presentations to senior management, product teams, and project teams
