With this QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, we are committing ourselves to a STRATEGY of continues improvement, relentlessly seeking to learn the expectation of our customer and striving to meet and exceed those expectation at all time.

The entire staff of IMPRESSIVE COMMUNICATIONS SDN BHD. must adhere to the spirit and letter or the Company Quality Policy as well as the directives of this relevant document.

IMPRESSIVE COMMUNICATIONS SDN. BHD. is in the business of providing services for government and private entities. 

As such, IMPRESSIVE COMMUNICATIONS SDN. BHD. may be granted access to privileged client information to perform contracted services. Due to the nature of the services offered, it may be obligated to comply with legislative or statutory information security requirements specific to individual contracts. Additional contract-specific Information Security Management System (ISMS) measures may be required by any client, necessitating the application of additional ISMS processes, or tailoring of current processes to meet customer requirements. 

To ensure appropriate information security measures are applied as necessary, IMPRESSIVE COMMUNICATIONS SDN. BHD. has implemented an Information Security program consistent with and conforming to the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Standard for Information Security Management. 

AKTA 709

Impressive Communications Sdn. Bhd. complies in managing and protecting personal data in accordance to  with the Malaysia Akta Perlindungan Peribadi 2010 [Akta 709]. The ACT sets out the framework for personal data processing and establishes the rights and responsibilities of both data users and data subjects. 

Principle

The fundamental principle of data protection, under the Akta 709, Impressive Communications Sdn. Bhd.  is to process personal data in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner. Personal data must be:

  • Processed lawfully with clear consent or legal basis.
  • Collected for specified purposes and not used for other, incompatible purposes.
  • Accurate and up-to-date to reflect the true information of the data subject.
  • Securely stored and protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction
Basis for Processing

Personal data must be processed based on one of the lawful bases in accordance to AKTA 709:

  • Consent: Obtaining explicit consent from data subjects.
  • Contractual Necessity: Processing required to fulfill contractual obligations with the data subject.
  • Legal Obligation: Processing necessary to comply with legal requirements.
  • Legitimate Interest: Processing based on the legitimate interests of the data user or third parties.
  • Vital Interests: Processing necessary to protect someone’s life.
  • Public Interest: Processing for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.
