What You’ll Do
Managing and administering the SCCM for license management as such monitoring, perform health check, installation and license removal.
Assisting End User Computing team for Windows 10 patches to end user machines, application compatibility and categorization.
Provide any reports that is related to SCCM to respective stakeholders.
Perform testing and deploy Operating Systems Windows Update via SCCM.
Perform SCCM client troubleshooting and clean- up.
Create/remove/enhance application packages, testing and perform deployment via SCCM. Create un-installation script, test and perform silent deployment via SCCM.
Create custom queries to generate custom reports.
Plan and schedule distributing packages to all distribution servers nationwide.
Maintaining TNB SCCM Application Catalogue.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution, to include but not limited to, issues with site-to-site communication, package distribution, SCCM advanced client and operating system deployment (OSD).
Work closely with internal team Service Desk and NSS to troubleshoot application issue installed via SCCM Application Catalogue.
Work closely with DCX team to ensure SCCM server and all SCCM servers running smoothly.
Monitor all SCCM primary sites and all SCCM clients in order to maintain high service availability.
Take part in audit related task force.
Provide mentoring and coaching to team members
Leads research and develop new technology, tools and scripts to support desktop computing and the end user desktop experience
