What You’ll Do
Proven experience in SAP Contract Lifecycle management projects.
Configuration and technical experience for the SAP CLM module 9 and above.
Hands-on experience in Java, Bean Shell scripting and SQL queries.
Experience with enabling Collaboration using the SAP CLM tool Experience with master agreement creation using standardized consistent, pre- approved legal language.
Experience with contract routing and approval. Ability to create templates.
Configure master data and transaction data element sync between SAP SRM and SAP CLM. Configure master data and transaction data sync between SAP ECC and SAP CLM.
Configure standard hierarchical workflows for contract document approval.
Single user signs on capability using LDAP/Active Directory.
Assist in the migration of contract data and contract attachments from the SAP SRM system into SAP CLM.
Set Creation of reports – Standard/Adhoc/Customized
Experience upgrading SAP CLM application. Experience testing and integrating SAP SRM, SAP ECC with SAP CLM using PI (process integration)
Provide Support for TNB SCMS platforms Knowledge of Full SAP CLM process
To be onsite during normal working hours for support and enhancement activities, where applicable
Act as subject matter expert and point of contact for communication, accountability and escalation paths with SCMS support team on level 3 support basis
Provide advice on system health where necessary
Provide on-going knowledge transfer and documentation in system architecture, configuration and program codes imposed and implemented on SCMS by the resources
To assist in planning, designing and implement enhancements of SCMS
Provide advice and recommendation on best practice of SAP CLM solution
