What You’ll Do
Developing, designing, troubleshooting or debugging, testing and implementation of SAP programs/objects/OSS Notes
Administer and develop required changes to improve and optimize system performance
Programming code reviews and quality assurance of programming codes
Develop Change Impact Assessment & deployment plan for review and approval by Customer & Billing Manager, and implement change
Prepare and, if required, present Post- Implementation Review Documents
Prepare documents such as Technical Specification and Configuration Changes
Participate in Major Incident team to investigate and diagnose a major incident and ensure timely resolution within SLA targets
Execute communications on periodic basis to relevant stakeholders
Monitor and analyse events, determine actions required to implement resolution of faults to prevent downtime and impact to service
Collaborate with service operations team on faults that are service impacting
Ensure information of the Service Assets & CIs are kept up-to-date throughout its lifecycle Ensure service mapping of Service Assets & CIs are kept up-to-date throughout its lifecycle Implement SACM Plan as delegated by SACM Owner
Document guided actions for Fault resolution
Provide input on development of new Knowledge Articles
