What You’ll Do
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Administration, Accounting or related fields
Min 2 years of experience in procurement, PMO or related field
Excellent experience in preparing Contract to Contractors
Excellent experience in preparing Purchase Order based on Work Order and contract
Good in following up payment progress from contractors
Experience in supporting PMO requirement
Experience in dealing with finance on supporting document for payment
Support other work related to insurance, tax and etc
Excellent in sap (procurement role).
Excellent as initiator role, tendering documentation, contract management
Good in preparing presentation material and good presentation skill
Self motivated and able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
Excellent analytical thinking and creative
Good in technical and commercial paper preparation
Excellent team player, fast learner and good in time management
