What You’ll Do

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Administration, Accounting or related fields
  • Min 2 years of experience in procurement, PMO or related field
  • Excellent experience in preparing Contract to Contractors
  • Excellent experience in preparing Purchase Order based on Work Order and contract
  • Good in following up payment progress from contractors
  • Experience in supporting PMO requirement
  • Experience in dealing with finance on supporting document for payment
  • Support other work related to insurance, tax and etc
  • Excellent in sap (procurement role).
  • Excellent as initiator role, tendering documentation, contract management
  • Good in preparing presentation material and good presentation skill
  • Self motivated and able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent analytical thinking and creative
  • Good in technical and commercial paper preparation
  • Excellent team player, fast learner and good in time management
