What You’ll Do
Translate business requirements into specific infrastructure (communication, network and IT infrastructure) or process designs
Lead network assessments and produce assessment report that include findings, analysis and recommendation for improvement
Produce and review network solutions guideline and SOP
Evaluate end user needs, customer goals, budget and existing applications to define ICT infrastructure requirements and technical standards
Define the scope and solution design in coordination with business process owners, system owners and enterprise architects
Estimate cost and prepare technical specifications, considering capacity, licenses, development and support
Ensure technical specifications are in line with enterprise masterplan and guidelines
Provide technical guidance to project team areas as appropriate
Work on projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments
Assess performance of enterprise solutions and recommend enhancements
Endorse test strategy and service acceptance criteria for new solutions.
Enhance test strategy and service acceptance criteria for existing solutions
Manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the network solutions
