What You’ll Do
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
Min 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics or accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Experience in managing transporting goods to foreign countries
Experience in taxes with regards to export and import and local customs and inland revenue procedures
Experience in TNB Insurance practices and ERMS System
Experience in managing warehouse stock and generating weekly report to highlight the stock level to higher management and customer
Experience in tracking item movement in & out from the warehouse
Ability to prepare reports, letter, memo and presentation slides
Manages and updates the list Vendor Statement (Invoice & PO) for suppliers
Assists to prepare and verify the completed signed documents before sending to client.
Support other work related to logistic and insurance
