What You’ll Do
Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues Repairing or replacing damaged hardware
Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers
Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware
Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting
Supervise project installation, testing and commissioning works
Conducting daily backup operations
Verify acceptance tests on installation and relevant testing
Provide technical support to other divisions and units on instruction
Managing technical documentation
Cultivate Health and Safety culture amongst the team members
