What You’ll Do

  • Provide on-site ICT Network and Solutions Support to the Customers includes installation, repair, servicing, liaising and maintenance of Solutions in accordance with the published ICT Service Catalogue and established Service Level Agreements (SLA), to ensure customer satisfaction and Service operation are achieved
  • Execute the day-to-day functions of ICT Network and Solutions Support and escalate to high level on any issue require escalation to relevant technical support team.
  • Inform Team Leader on any issues require escalation to relevant technical support team.
  • Collaborate with other ICT implementers and related third party/ies to ensure incidents and requests are handled with priority and that the affected customer is constantly updated on the progress
  • Execute the day-to-day on-site ICT Network and Solutions Support service delivery of defined ICT services provided by both internal and external service providers, governed through statements of work (SOW)
  • Ensure all incident and service requests tickets in MySSC escalated to team are assessed, tracked and resolved within SLA
  • Assist to execute the investigation, diagnosis and resolving of operational incidents and crisis, in order to maintain overall performance
  • Assist in developing and updating working knowledge database on all matters concerning ICT Network and Solutions Support
