What You’ll Do
To assist Lead ICT Account Manager (GRID & GSO)
To provide technical support and advisory across Grid and GSO
Gathering requirements and specifications from clients to gain an understanding of client expectations and initiate a project proposal / business case
Defining scope & specifications, estimating resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet customer requirements and developing schedules, test plans and documentation.
Identifying potential issues between systems and client specifications and proposing new solutions.
Support the building of architecture and ensure smooth and successful implementation and migration of systems for an efficient workflow
To ensure deliverables are met within the stakeholders Grid, GSO & ICT, and other subsidiaries 1st level technical, business and operation (coordination only) support to Grid & GSO
Since CSM is the point of contact with customers, this role is pivotal in ensuring to meet project deliverables with PMO.
To track the MySSC tickets for progress reporting between ICT Grid and user to ensure optimum service satisfaction and business continuity
To elevate the confidence of our customers by providing a new approach / perspective on existing operational issues with new, practical & fast solutions, transforming into business opportunities. Assist with planning, auditing, validating, status accounting, and reporting on Grid & GSO activities
Attend checkpoint meetings with all the work streams (Grid, GSO, ICT, REVD, JPK etc) heads and to provide progress updates to CSM.
Overlooking the progress of overall ICT projects (Telecom) for Grid & GSO
