What You’ll Do
A professional at this position level must have the following responsibilities:
Develop and negotiate and IT infrastructure architecture design with stakeholders
Develop necessary use-cases/test scenarios (application and infrastructure) and role analyses as an input to design
Organize requirements documentation and agreement of business sponsor
Administer effective change control for infrastructure IT architecture requirements
Distribute and communicate requirements documents to all IT stakeholders (formal stage gate, especially if design onwards is outsourced)
Design infra architecture solution including high level (entity relationship, data flow) to low level (field structures, database schemas) design that will support the development, execution and operations of the infrastructure services
Propose performance levels for new service
Review and verify IT infrastructure requirements with users
Perform POC (Proof of Concept) with hardware principle to test out new technology in IT infrastructure
Basic Qualifications:
Certified Azure Fundamental or AWS fundamental or related certification in architecture/IT infrastructure (TOGAF, ITIL etc)
Strong understanding in running ICT infrastructure services.
Strong understanding in database fundamental
Skilled in preparing required documentation and presentation materials to stakeholders Advantages:
Certification in two or more certification mention above.
At least 2 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure environment (unix, linux, backup, database etc)
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (for Malaysian candidates)

An aptitude for IT architectures and frameworks.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interview colleagues, gather business process details and identify solution requirements.
Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
An ability to envisage how an automated solution will work in the wider business environment, to understand its advantages and what its effect will be.
The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind.
An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.
